I bought a set of tires last June of 22 , this May I went and had them balanced and rotated and in the process a center cap went missing, I called the shop on Friday and without question they ordered a new center cap and called me today Monday May 8th 23 with my center cap. I have much respect for this company for standing behind their word and I appreciate all the guys and girls who work there. It’s hard to find a business that takes care of their customers like J and T tirepros do and I’ll never go anywhere else for my automobile needs. They have gone above and beyond to keep my trust in them after the sale and honestly their prices are below average and can’t be beat.

Cannot thank the wonderful people at J&T Tire Service enough. Twice in the last year (July 2021 and January 2022) I have "limped" my car in there with consistent too low tire pressure. And each time, the service pros went above and beyond just putting air in the tires to locate and patch the reason for the air leaking. Makes the car feel much safer to drive. Thank you all.
